“Client” refers to any person or entity requesting the services of the Company.

“Services” refers to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to car key replacement, key programming, and emergency lockout assistance.

Just Keys provides mobile automotive locksmith services throughout the North East. Our services include, but are not limited to, car key replacements, non-destructive entry, key programming, and emergency call-outs.

• All prices quoted are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• The Company reserves the right to request a deposit for any service, particularly where parts must be ordered in advance.

• Just Keys provides a 12-month warranty on all genuine keys supplied and a 6-month warranty on aftermarket keys.

• Warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period and are subject to the Company’s inspection of the alleged defect.

• The Company is not liable for any consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.

• The Client may cancel an appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are provided at the discretion of the Company and will be processed within 14 days if approved.

• Just Keys is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the services provided.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

• Just Keys respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Just Keys reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
